Easy step by step guidance on website to identify mobile being sold, once detailed Fonehub sent jiffy bag with two address labels; one Freepost, one for Recorded delivery. I sent three mobiles, was advised by email on receipt and then again once the mobiles had been checked to inform monies were being sent. Better still, it is being recycled which I am happy about. I worry about security but figured as the phone doesn't even swich on, I am safe.
