Once we receive your post, an e-mail confirming this, will be sent to you followed by a payment within two working days. Any devices found with a fault will be presented with a revised offer for your approval. You will then have an option to either accept or decline within two working days. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the revised quote, your mobile phone or device will be returned to you.
