Easy step by step guidance on website to identify mobile being sold, once detailed Fonehub sent jiffy bag with two address labels; one Freepost, one for Recorded delivery. I sent three mobiles, was advised by email on receipt and then again once the mobiles had been checked to inform monies were being sent.
